Excerpt from “The Brave Little Lion”:
Once upon a time, in the heart of the African savanna, lived a little lion named Leo. Unlike the other lions in his pride, Leo was smaller, and his mane had not yet grown in full. He often felt like he wasn’t as strong or as brave as the others, but he had a heart full of courage.
One day, a great storm swept across the savanna, and the animals of the jungle sought shelter. Leo knew this was his moment. The elder animals were too slow to escape, and the little creatures needed his help. With a roar that echoed through the trees, Leo gathered the frightened animals and led them to safety, showing them the way to a cave where they could all stay safe and warm.
That night, as the rain poured down and the wind howled, Leo lay in the cave surrounded by his friends. He had learned something important that day: bravery isn’t about being the biggest or the strongest. It’s about having the courage to do what’s right when it matters the most.
